Am I locked in with you?
No. The domain and content are yours. If you move to someone else, you get all the files.
Who owns the code?
You do, after payment. You receive it at the end of the project.
How long does it take?
Usually a preview within a few days and a live website in one to two weeks, depending on how quickly we get your materials.
What if I don’t like the preview?
The preview comes with no commitment. If it isn’t right, you don’t pay.
Do I have to pay for monthly maintenance?
No. The website is yours either way. Maintenance covers hosting, backups, monitoring and bug fixes, and what it excludes is listed here. Extra work is quoted in advance and approved by you.
What happens if I stop maintenance?
The website stays yours. We hand over all the files and the domain, and you or anyone you choose can keep running it. From then on, hosting, backups and renewals are your responsibility.
What happens if my website goes down or is attacked?
The maintenance plan includes a full backup of your website. If it goes down or is attacked, we restore it from the backup at no extra charge.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes. We build it in a way Google understands, register it in Google Search Console, and set up or improve your Google Business Profile. We don’t promise a specific ranking.
